    Everything close by. Beach right in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, supermarket, really great. Apartment spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. This was our first time here. Will be back in 6 months.

    Communication with owner prompt, no problems. Excellent location, 5 minutes from the Planai ski area. Apartment beautiful, clean, parking in front of the house. Terrace overlooking Schladming and the slopes of the Planai will delight you especially in summer. Satisfaction with everything, we will be happy to return.

    Great accommodation where we would love to return. Beautiful new clean apartment with underground parking. Very comfortable beds, everything in the kitchen, we felt at home. The location is also great - a short walk to an excellent bakery, supermarket, restaurants and also the cable car. And you get a summer card, for us the best.
